Delivery conditions

The Information concerning terms of delivery are non-liable. However we make every effort to offer a rapid delivery.

Delivery costs within Germany are fixed at 7.90€ (including packaging).
For order values above 99€ we offer free door-to-door delivery within Germany. Delivery time is 1-5 week days.

For shipping to Austria, Netherlands and Belgium we offer fixed delivery cost at 11,90€ (including packaging). The delivery time is approx. 2-9 week days.

For shipping to Italy, France, Denmark, Spain, Poland, Hungary, Sweden, Portugal and Czech Republic we offer fixed delivery cost at 19,90€ (including packaging). The delivery time is approx. 2-9 week days.

Transportation insurance

We dispatch your order in properly secured packages. The deliveries are insured against breakages and other shipping-related damages. If a package is obviously damaged (arrived for example in a moisty state), please refuse its acceptance.
