Vinification: This wine is made of Early ripening Melnik vine variety with 25 days maceration and 12 months aging in new French oak barrels. It is a selected in the 70’s of the 20th century unique Bulgarian variety. Grows only in the region of the Struma River. Very different and interesting dry wine with wonderful deep ruby ​​color. It has intense aromas of cherry, black fruits with hints of vanilla and sweet spices. The taste is harmonious with pronounced varietal characteristics.
