Winemaking: The Maturation of the grapes is strictly monitored by a team of oenologists and agronomists, as each plot are analyzed, waiting to reach optimum ripeness. All the grapes are picked by hand and in boxes, sorted and used only healthy grains. Once you shake off, each lot is vinified separately in special French oak “barriques” with traditional techniques: temperature control of fermentation duration and intensity and duration of fermentation is determined individually for each vessel. The blending process is a combination of two main goals of equal importance: quality and identity, which means most to do - better wine each vintage. The quality of the final blend is a combination of all its components. Some undetectable elements from different lots opened its remarkable qualities only when measured well mixed in certain proportions. Wine aging takes place in specially selected 60 ltr. casks type barriques for 24 months. The barrels are selected from the best oak forests of France and vary by region, variety and extent of oak wood treatment.
Tasting notes: Impenetrable dark ruby color, sweet fruit on the nose, touched with gamey richness and oak. Well defined and very nicely composed substance on the palate, a raft of sweet plumy fruit with a firm and attractive character. Impression of the fragrance is confirmed by the taste sensations that continue and grow long after the first sip of this divine wine. Nicely balanced, the wine has very good potential indeed.
